Nancy Binger’s S.O.U.L. Ambassador Project

As a S.O.U.L. Ambassador, Nancy is embarking on the ambitious effort to help empower women farmers and their families in Uganda’s rural communities through S.O.U.L.’s Sustainable Agricultural Outreach Classes and Women’s Business Cooperatives!

A Note from Nancy…

“I have invited you to share in my efforts of creating a brighter future for families in Uganda.  S.O.U.L. Foundation has spoken to my heart and doesn’t just “give” individuals money. S.O.U.L.'s mission is to foster sustainable and vibrant Ugandan communities through unique partnerships focused on education, women’s empowerment, food security and maternal health. They provide education, skills training, financial empowerment, and responsible business and financial management. Their goal is to help individuals help themselves and their families.

Families are being separated in Uganda because of their geographical misfortune. I have a passion for keeping families together, and for children to stay in the care of their mother when possible. S.O.U.L. is helping make that happen. I ask you to please consider donating to this amazing foundation.  I did days, and days, of research to find the foundation that fit my personal beliefs and goals. Then I proceeded to have phone calls with board members to develop a co-op that is not only needed but aligns with the burning desire within me to help families lacking resources.

My goal is big.  $8,000.

If we can collectively raise $8,000, we DIRECTLY help 80 women. This aid is a stepping stone for these women to become self-sustaining, send their children to school, and increase their income by up to 300%. I believe through all our efforts we can make this happen.
